Using iceoryx2 as the backbone of a drone ground station

Hi, Iceoryx2 community,

I wanted to share a project where iceoryx2 ended up doing most of the heavy lifting: https://github.com/gelanchez/crazy-hand

It’s a gesture-controlled flight setup for a Crazyflie drone. The drone streams camera images over WiFi. A ground station runs hand gesture recognition and sends flight commands back.

The ground station is split into five Python processes talking through iceoryx2:

  • Pub/sub for the heavy stuff: camera images, telemetry, perception results and actions.
  • A blackboard for runtime config.

Thanks for the library and keep up the good work!
